Plan Changes

In principle, every tour and course takes place if there is a sufficient number of participants. However, Exped Tribe is dependent on local conditions.

The risk of inclement weather or unfavorable tour conditions is carried by the participant. The participant must be prepared for significant changes in the program, area, travel and accommodation. Eventual additional costs will be invoiced to the participant.

If a tour is cancelled due to unfavorable conditions, a rebooking or a credit on another adventure will be issued.

As a first option we will always try to find an alternative place to offer the service. We will offer an alternative activity as a second option and a rebooking as a third option.

A credit coupon is offered as the last option.
