Climbing is experiencing great popularity nowadays: what used to be a niche sport, a group of “crazy” athletes, has become a very accessible sport thanks to the emergence of climbing gyms and the rapid evolution of equipment. Climbing not only makes young and old happy, but also opens the doors to vertical freedom, allows new points of view and keeps physically and mentally fit.
Climbing on the rock, however, remains a serious undertaking that requires sound basic knowledge in order to continue doing your favorite sport safely for many years to come. This is exactly why we have created this 1-day rock climbing basic course, to provide you with the absolute basics to be able to go climbing safely in the climbing crag.
We plan our climbing courses carefully and adventurously so that we can enjoy an unforgettable experience full of breathtaking views, exercise, and fun on the rock. Some cantons where we run our courses are: Ticino, Uri, Bern, Schwyz and many more.
If you prefer to deepen your basic knowledge and go climbing without worries, we also offer a two-day “Immersion” basic course, which will teach you much more basics than the somewhat “compressed” one-day version.
Rock Climbing Basic Course
The perfect offer if you want to learn the basics to go rock climbing independently.
